Before enrolling online, be prepared to provide the following:
Once the enrollment process is complete you will have the chance to review and confirm your entries before submitting your enrollment information. An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide during the enrollment process. In addition, a separate confirmation of your enrollment will be mailed to the address you provide. This confirmation will include a default PIN number you will need for accessing your account online. Write down this PIN number and keep it in a safe place for future use.
START OR CHANGE YOUR CONTRIBUTION AMOUNT!
The Salary Reduction Agreement (SRA) is utilized to establish, change, or cancel salary reductions withheld from your paycheck and contributed to your 403(b) Plan on your behalf. Please log into the Human Resources section of the district intranet to set up your contribution though payroll reduction. You may change the amount that you are contributing at any time with this form. Allow up to two pay periods for the changes to be reflected on your pay-stub.
