Dan Rickett is the Founder and President of Capital Street Financial Services, Inc. where he is responsible for directing and managing the company. Dan has been a Court of the Table member of The Million Dollar Round Table. He has over 18 years of experience working in the insurance and investment industries and also focuses on the public employer pension industry. In 1988 Dan graduated from Hamline University of St.Paul, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics/Management.

He currently holds numerous registrations in the securities field, including the series 7, 24, and 65. Dan is also a Investment Adviser Representative with ING Financial Partners and holds his Life, Variable Annuity, Accident and Health Insurance license. As an accomplished public speaker, he has extensive experience with public employee education, communication and 457 plans. Dan resides in Minnetonka, Minnesota with wife Paula and their three children. In his free time, he enjoys being with his family, fishing at their cabin in Wisconsin, and fly-fishing in his home state, Montana.
